It is produced in limited quantities using the cold pressing method from the 2025 harvest of our garden in Antalya Yağca region.
 
Cold-pressed olive oil is produced from early harvest olives. Early harvest olives are collected before they hit the ground and are ground into olive oil on the same day. It is possible to identify a good cold-pressed olive oil by smelling it. Cold-pressed, stone-pressed olive oil has a darker color and intense aroma.
